The Sultanate is a senior manager of the M & A group of the largest mining company in Kazakhstan. He has more than 7 experience in consulting, in the field of mergers and acquisitions, raising funds and strategic consulting.
Her experience includes working with Kazakhstani and foreign companies (from Russia, Italy, China and Korea), in such sectors as the oil and gas sector, FCMG, agriculture and the financial sector in the offices of KPMG in Kazakhstan and Russia and in Kazakhstan's largest mining company. Saltanat also participated in projects for the implementation of IFRS 9, in terms of determining market interest rates and fair value upon initial recognition.
